Outside the condo's premises is where you can find various kinds of restaurants, fast food chains, massage/spas, bars, coffee shops, banks, money changers, and gas stations. You don't have to worry about shopping and doing groceries because malls and supermarkets are a walking distance. Hospitals and churches are also within reach.
Our 22sqm fully furnished unit is located on the 42nd floor of Tower 1 with a great view facing the sea and the country's longest bridge, the Cebu-Cordova Expressway.

Hot and cold showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.
Induction cooker, kitchen utensils and other appliances are also provided.
The swimming pool is free for 2 guests ONLY. It is closed every Tuesday for general cleaning. It is located on the 9th floor.
